Terms & Conditions

1. The Agreement

By registering, you enter into a binding agreement with Rideeko Mobility LTD (“we/us”). These Terms govern your participation in the webinar and use of related materials.

2. Intellectual Property

All content, including slides, strategies, and recordings, is our exclusive property. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view the materials for personal use. Commercial reproduction or redistribution is strictly prohibited.

3. Service Nature (No Professional Advice)

The webinar is an educational service. We do not provide licensed financial, legal, or medical advice. Results are not guaranteed. You assume full responsibility for any actions taken based on the information provided.

4. Technical Requirements (Mandatory for Poland)

To participate, you require: (a) An active internet connection; (b) A device with a modern web browser; (c) Zoom. We are not responsible for participation issues caused by your hardware or software.

5. Marketing & Communications

  • Service Emails: By registering, we will send you emails necessary for the performance of this contract (e.g., access links, reminders, replays).
  • Marketing: You may optionally choose to receive our newsletter and promotional offers. You can opt-out at any time via the “unsubscribe” link. Note: We do not “bundle” marketing consent with registration to ensure your rights are protected.

6. Recording & Likeness

Webinars may be recorded for replay and promotional purposes. If you participate via audio or video, you grant us a royalty-free right to use your likeness. You may request the removal of your likeness by contacting clientcare@nj-eze.com.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law (including Polish Civil Code), we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid (if any) for the webinar.

8. Consumer Rights (EU/Poland)

  • Withdrawal: As this is a digital service, by accessing the webinar, you acknowledge and agree that you lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal once performance has begun.
  • Complaints: Any grievances can be sent to clientcare@nj-eze.com. We respond to all complaints within 14 days.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be settled by the competent courts in Poland, though we always prefer amicable resolution first.
